Kommunikation
regular (almost weekly) short meetings to talk about the most important tasks are held rather informal. I personally think this makes it much better than a monthly fomals all employees meeting.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
in the office as well as after work. colleagues are not just colleagues but friends.
often people go climbing, biking, running or skiing together during lunch or after work.
Work-Life-Balance
workload comes in waves and with it the work-life-balance gets off a little from time to time.
but in urgent cases there is always a way for some time off.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
also very open and cooperative. employees are always welcome to give inputs and be part of how the daily work is organized.
regular 1-on-1 meetings garatuee that you as an employee are heard.

directors team is working on including employees in new interesting projects.
Work load is rather high.

theer has been a lot of efforts in terms of gender equality especially in the last 1.5 years BD emphasis on getting female leaders.

there are not a lot of colleagues 45+ but I would not see any diffeculties.

BD is trying to be as green as possible but also ways efficiency in.
Could be better but could be also much worse.

Salaries are always in time!
BD meets the branch avarage I would say.
there are ameneties but the Austrian tax authorities are pretty strict in taking their part of the cake.
