Very good company to work for. Possibilities all over and proactivity is greatly rewarded.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Proactivity is rewarded, ideas area listened to.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The people I deal with area almost all great.
Image
The image is good.
Work-Life-Balance
Can be difficult, but must be managed by employee themselves ^

See above.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Company culture in this regard is renowned.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We all support each other
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
From what I've seen, mostly good.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My line manager is great. I've heard mixed opinions of others (good & mediocre)
Arbeitsbedingungen
No complaints here.
Kommunikation
People talk, but they also listen
Gleichberechtigung
Preferential treatment might be there, but the employee must assert themself & perform well to gain exposure.
Interessante Aufgaben
I believe it's up to the employee (myself) to find joy even is seemingly "unimportant" or "boring" tasks.
