The atmosphere goes down when deadlines arw getting closer as people are afraid to loose their job if they do not perform over the top

Almost none
Hire and fire culture and employees never know what changes are happening. They just realize after its done but nothing is communicated before.

Workers arrive late in the morning but stay long in the evening sometimes up to 10pm. They are afraid to leave before 7pm as they can appaer not to be "busy" enough
