The team at Cytosurge is on average rather young and consist of many ambitious individuals. There is a bit of group forming within the company and quite some office politics, which does not always benefit the atmosphere at the company.
Work-Life-Balance
The company has high ambitions and targets, which are not always matched with the (human) resources available. There are often times that significant over hours are required to get work done. That has been the case for years now and I dont this this is going to change any time soon.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a lot of possibility for promotions and growth in the company, but no support offered. If you want to grow, you need to learn and develop on your own initiative (and cost).

The company has a very flat hierarchy. Managers join coffee and lunch breaks and are easy to approach.

Flexible hours. No questions asked if you have personal or family matters to attend to during the day. In terms of work environment, it can be quite loud due to the proximity to the airport.

The company has heavily invested in internal communication to involve employees in what is going on on executive level as well as within the different departments.

Absolutely. Several female coworkers were promoted after coming back from maternity leave because they were the right person for the job. The company keeps a very clean salary scale that I honestly believe is the same for everyone.
