Listed in most of the above questions. I enjoy working in a flat organisation where everyone is treated equally, all first name terms, no titles.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Quite a bit of pressure owing to having targets to meet, but targets are reasonable.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally a good atmosphere, although very busy so sometimes can be quite stressful. Chill-out room to de-stress. Small staff turn-over - many people have worked in the company for over seven years and a quite a few over ten years.
Kommunikation
Generally good. Now and then a glitch where perhaps something has not been communicated as well as it could have been. Many different nationalities, so sometimes differences in communication.
Work-Life-Balance
One is not expected or encouraged to work overtime. Some positions have flexi-time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Door is always open for discussion.
Interessante Aufgaben
As with any position, not everything is always interesting. Some tasks are more interesting than others, but generally all positions have a good mix.

There is a mix of ages and all are treated equally.

The admin staff try to ensure that as much recycling as possible happens. Charity is often given privately by management, but there are some charities which have been supported.

Good pension scheme, additional life insurance, generous discretionary bonus, competitive salary. Usually good summer event and great Xmas party every year.

Staff are encouraged to study if relevant to the position they work in. In-house training is provided.
