There is not really something I can critic about Exeon. However, as I enjoy going to the office and spending time with colleagues, I would hope that others would come to the office more often as well.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

As a IT SaaS company, we have a minimal ecological footprint. However, I feel like the ecological and social environment are taken into consideration from management. As an individual contributor, I am just unable to say this with complete uncertainty.

We have great Management and in particular my superior is extremely open, supportive and gives me the autonomy to pursue what I believe to be the right way forward for the company.

Eventhough there are some weeks that are more stressful then others, I feel that the work load is adequate and the flexible work hours help achieving your goals in a timely fashion.
