A more respectful process towards the candidates is necessary. This also includes reviewing a CV before entering an interview, to ensure interviewers are prepared and know who thei are talking to. It does not leave a good impression when applicants invest a significant time and energy for the interview and even prepare for case studies. In addition, the next steps should be explained clearly and the promised timelines should be respected. A rejection communcated via call also shows more appreciation, instead of a short e-mail, not even writing best wishes or thank you for the time. It was also strange talking to three different HR people and all of them asked similar questions. It gives a feeling that people are not aligned.
