Genioo follows several best practices which are far ahead of most companies at its stage of evolution. It has had a very early focus on building a distinctive company culture. Four times a year, employees from all offices get together to jointly shape and update the company strategy, reflect on the journey so far and plan ahead. I do not know of another consulting company, where all employees irrespective of the function, role or level have such an opportunity to participate in shaping the company. The company also actively invests in enabling employees to have fun moments together, for example over the company sponsored delicious daily lunch, carefully prepared by an in-house cook, and often team-building cooking sessions. One of the highlights is the annual company offsite at Zermatt, where the team works hard, parties hard and sets the ski slopes on fire!
