The company is based in a villa, with offices in the basement (!) and on the ground floor. Some employees like the setting, others do not. Overall, there are many great people and the general vibe is positive, but that is undermined by uncollaborative managers and a lack of consistent leadership.

There are regular town halls and plenty of meetings, but day-to-day communication and transparency are still lacking.

Most colleagues are great, and teamwork within departments is generally good. At the same time, collaboration and communication across departments could be much better.

42-hour workweek, flexible hours, remote options, and 5 weeks of vacation — yet there’s a lot of overtime, and no one seems to care.

Leadership is one of the biggest weaknesses. In some cases, there is a clear “I’m the boss, so I decide” attitude, which hurts trust, fairness, and company culture.
