Arbeitsatmosphäre
globeone has a great atmosphere to work in. The organizational structure is quite flat giving it the feel of a start up company. The team members are all friendly and supportive.
Kommunikation
The communication throughout the company is quite good. Of course we communicate more with the colleagues that are in our office. However, there are quite a bit of cross office projects. Management is also open and honest with us. They are always willing to provide clear feedback and offer support.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is quite close. We have team dinners about once a month. We celebrate birthdays together. Most of our office attends the same gym and goes to classes together as well.
Work-Life-Balance
Like every consultancy there are periods of long hours and hard work. However, normally we have the policy "leave when the work is done". This often gives you the flexiabily to work completely normal hours. In consulting, this is very rare and very valuable for longterm employee retention.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Our managers are great. They never ask for anything that they themselves are not willing to do or be a part of. They give regular feedback and find ways to help you progress in your career.
Interessante Aufgaben
The work at globeone is really interesting. I work for a major client assisting in their digital communications and marketing and sales communications. I am regularly presented with increasingly interesting projects.
Gleichberechtigung
I have not seen any favoritzm given to any one type of person. Combine the company is roughly 50/50 men and women. We have a younger staff with more senior members being added to the team.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Working among the team is normally great. There are periods of stress but that is common in any challenging environment. The physical office is also quite nice.

The compensation is fair. However, the benefits are very nice. Monthly phone and unlimited data paid by the company, transportation cards paid by the company, flexible work hours, home office is possible, team dinners, repayment for courses that better the development of your career.

The career progression seems great. Most of the junior consultants and soon to be consultants started off as interns. The company has a lot of room to grow. Plenty of space for us to move up the ranks
