They have a very low retention rate, which just shows how poor they can manage their company and team.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

The management was unapproachable and not friendly. People worked very disjointed and alone. They forced certain colleagues to come in to work in the office at the start and during the Covid pandemic, when they could have worked from home! They put employees at risk for no reason. The atmosphere and culture was unpleasant and overall, very poor quality.
