Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Open and friendly communication with all levels of management, from direct supervisor to the CEO, each great at listening and reacting to feedback. Excellent care and attention to the needs of each employee. The long list of benefits and warm company culture creates an atmosphere where focusing on each task is a joy.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The company is growing and there is always room for improvement. However, with this leadership, there is no doubt that continuous minor adjustments will be made to make the working experience even more enjoyable.
