all above, like really its a super toxic environment in some teams and projects and u cant trust anyone, all social benefits are also a joke

very bad atmosphere, no support from other consultants in projects, everybody just looks on his own. Mobbing out other people and being jealouse about the salary of others

the worst is the management, they first seem so nice and open, they pay their employees badly, they recruit especially from Germany and hire Germans and pay them way below what they are worth. They give no chance to an employee so they can get better, the teamleaders are super macho germans who misbehave in work environment and cant handle other strong charachters around them. In the beginning they seem very nice, but they are very backstabbing

very badly, no possibilities of better payraise, they had colleagues who worked there for over 2 years and giving them salary payraises which have been a joke

they always take their reputation of the big Körber Pharma company in Karlsruhe. Switzerland chapter is super small and backstabbing
