Being a better workplace
Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung im Bereich IT in Zürich gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Offering a variety of workspaces based on flex-desk principles and one day per week the possibility to work remotely
- Gives the opportunity for 1 week per year to work from wherever you want in the world!
- Application process allowed for a good feeling for the company and a glimpse into future tasks
- Super structured onboarding process which made the start easy
- Young team with people from different countries
- As Locatee is an expanding StartUp it is possible to shape processes and include own ideas
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- If you are not into it, very tech and tool driven
