I was a member of the MCM family for more than 6 years. I started at the MCM EMEA Headquarter in Zurich in a Coordinator position and was able to grow within my department to a Manager level over time. I am very glad, that I was able to experience a very supportive and professional environment.

The Management put an emphasis on a good communication - reporting of the company performance, weekly alignment meetings, lunch & learn, etc.

I am a convinced team player and I felt that MCM is living a team first approach and the principle of sparring partnership. We also had amazing team events on a regular basis.

I very much appreciated an agile way of working – combined with international collaboration (US, Korea, Berlin) in a very creative surrounding. The teams are rather small, so you really get to carry responsibility for your area.
