Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The environment is very nice, people get along very well, and it is the office is very pet friendly . Home office is one benefit I also highly appreciate.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I feel like this is happening a lot in the big corporations, that sometimes people s well being is forgotten. And it is not just about organizing an event from time to time but also making sure that they are not overworked. Not sure how fair the balance between the amount of work and the actual pay is

paying closer attention to people’s needs. I would also like to have more development opportunities, like classes and trainings outside of the virtually internal ones
