No pleasant working experience

They don't care about the emplyoees. Everyone is replacable and they didn't try to make the working environment nice so that people stay longer.

Listen and care about the employees. Pay better salary.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Most of the colleagues were nice and easy to work with. When there was nothing to do, we had to do nonsense tasks, like placing price labels on another spot of furniture, clothes etc. or move boxes by some centirmeters. We always had to "look busy" .
Kommunikation
Bad Communication from the management. Had to wear in ear phones that were dirty because everyone used the same, no privat ones. No information about new products. New colleagues weren't introduced.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most colleagues were kind but some tried to tell our bosses negative stuff and made up lies about others.
Work-Life-Balance
Management didn't care about our free time. We weren't allowed to wish for certain days off. Almost exclusively mothers got early shifts, young people mostly got the late shifts (but same contract). Stock taking almost until midnight on a Sunday.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Not desirable or appropriate. People were fired for strange reasons, others who misbehaved had no consequences. A lot of promises (like bonuses or higher salary) were never realized. Bag checks although many of us didn't like. Schedule sent to employees only few days before next month. Salary arrived almost every time too late.
Interessante Aufgaben
You had to seem busy but mostly there was not much to do.
Gleichberechtigung
Only people who stand entirely behind the management and its decision got in better positions. Criticism is not desired.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Probably the worst company I had to work for so far. Bad salary, no wished possible for schedule, fear of being fired was always there...
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Everything that arrives is wrapped in plastic that was thrown away after unrwapping.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not swiss standard. No promised bonus received (montly comission). Short time money was shortened in retrospective for former colleagues.

Some always justified management's behavior, but most were sick of it and want to leave.
