The company should be clear about what kind of employees it wants and speed up the application process.

I was introduced to the company by an external personnel consultant. All good at first. I come from Germany and would have moved to Switzerland for the job because that was the requirement (to be on site in the office). The first interviews with the company representatives were positive and I was also given positive feedback. But then I was ghosted. No acceptance or rejection, very annoying. When the HR consultant made urgent enquiries to the company, I was told that they wanted to hire someone from Switzerland after all. That could have been said earlier, very unprofessional.
Later, the company contacted me again and asked if I was still interested, which I answered positively. Only to receive another rejection a few days later. They didn't want to tell me what they were thinking.
