Arbeitsatmosphäre
Really enjoying working at Ontinue. Great people, very international team and a lot of freedom to take ownership and actually make an impact. Things move fast and there’s always something new happening, especially around AI and cybersecurity. Definitely not a boring corporate environment!
Gehalt/Benefits
Benefits are great and cover everything I need. Overall, a very good package and I really appreciate the flexibility with remote work options. Nothing I’m missing at the moment.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We have everything we need to do our jobs well – modern equipment (Windows or Mac), brand-new laptops for all new joiners and large 32" widescreen monitors. The offices have a great setup and everything feels up to date.
The Zurich office is brand new, well designed and a great place to meet and collaborate with the team. We have coffee, soda and on the main office days daily fresh fruits and croissants.
Do not forget about the Rooftop bar with our BBQ grill... What a great place!
