Since spring 2026 Ontinue moved to a new office, which is smaller and can get noisier, but it's a very cool office with modern cooling and meeting rooms.

There is a Mr. Green recycling, but the company can do more to encourage train travel instead of car or plane for shorter destinations. The company provides volunteer days that employees can use to contribute to society.
Gehalt/Benefits
Good and fair salary, but not like the biggest tech companies. There are some other benefits like Halbtax and contribution for a new phone every 3 years.
