Absurde Forderungen zwecks "Kostenoptimerung" - u.a. Lohn-Dumping, Outsourcing nach Billig-Länder mit miserabler Qualität, die "Drehtür-Philosophie" - das Turnover is sehr hoch. Von Mobbing sind folgende Abteilungen besonders betroffen: Generika, Medinfo, HR, Speciality. Etwas besseres Arbeitsklima bei: Established Products, Finanzen.
