Arbeitsatmosphäre
Coworkers are friendly and professional. Lots of fun during work and lots of opportunities to do stuff together afterwards if you want to. Plista's culture is one of the big benefits of working there.

Very good communication between upper management and "normal" engineers.

Work-Life-Balance
Currently, there is a 2-day in the office, three days home office model. It's ok. A lot of programs to improve work-life balance, such as yoga, sport in the office, meditating, etc. Notably, every year there is one day off for mental health (on top of the normal free days).
