Really limited firm
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Working with some people is so toxic - you will never grow there
Verbesserungsvorschläge
You have to reconsider your matching and utilization- check your managers and really judge if they are fit for these roles - specially this business development thing!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
All at the client site - no connection with the firm
Image
They try to staff anyone anywhere accordingly they end up failing and destroying their image and reputation
Work-Life-Balance
All depends on the client and they try to force you to be billable as much as possible
Karriere/Weiterbildung
None
Kollegenzusammenhalt
You barely see them or know them
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Unprofessional and frustrating
They are arrogant and trying to pretend to be real managers in such a small firm
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Extremely unprofessional and unqualified managers - very limited
Arbeitsbedingungen
A bit higher salary than normal but nothing else is offered
Kommunikation
Non existent
Gleichberechtigung
No promotions no progress nothing
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on the customer but due to the management, company image and reputation etc except low quality projects and continuously being rotated
