Boutique big data software engineering company, putting trust into employees & providing project responsibility early on

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Management puts a lot of trust in you and gives you a lot of responsibility in projects early on. It is appreciated to contribute to the company (and beyond) on one's own initiative. You can talk to anyone (even if it's critisism) on the same level, from a fresh employee up to the CEO.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The company is small and split across many client projects - assuming that you don't like to be a lone fighter, you might have to get more active to exchange with colleagues compared to a large company.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You are usually only allocated 80% to projects to ensure that you have enough time for education and to exchange with colleagues inside the company.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary and budget for IT equipment is fair compared to other companys of similar size.
