The premises are in the middle of nowhere, totally unattractive. Also, due to the open space it's impossible to have only a little privacy over the work day. Absurdly, the executive management of course has secured for them single offices....this is called "Not Walk the Talk". Controlling is extrem and makes you feel like your boss is always standing behind you. Offices in general are also not very attractive with only basic amenities. Salary is mediocre at at best. Most importantly, the employer has a very short termination period, the absolute minimum, which means that while the employer wants you to be loyal, they are not since they can fire you within an absolute minimal notice period. I take it as a manifestation that you are welcomed as a humen resource, but not as a human; as a consequence, fluctuation rate seems high. All is governed by spending as less money as possible. Also, they work with Apple computers, which makes live for 99% of the workforce unnecessarly complicated and inefficient.
