We're not well know yet. However, people that hear about us show a lot of appreciation and respect for what we are doing. Staff and externals are enthusiastic.

A lot to do. It's a startup. But not insane. It is sustainable and family friendly.

It's a startup. There is wide variety of things an employee is exposed too and can grow. But there are no formalised internal courses and career plans at this very moment in time yet. It can happen that you are the only person with a specific domain knowledge in the company and need to look for outside sources, events, subject matter experts to learn and reflect. You need to be self motivated. If we succeed it's a good experience and story to tell.

Great. Very skilled, experienced and compassionate. If I had to find a hair in the soup then it is about the focus down to the minute details at times. On the other hand this gets the best out of us and the product.

Nice office and a super cool location within the city. State of the art hw and tools. Remote work works well.

Very transparent and frequent information flowing down and up. Frequent team meetings, casual events, modern communication tools utilised.
