Just be a better an more human employer! Stop little kings and try to plan human resources more carefully. Invest in useful technology.

Micro controlling everywhere! Forced telephone hard selling of bank products. Hire and fire mentality.
Kommunikation
In general not very transparent. Only light information is being communicated to staff.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Since the bank only grew with take overs, there is no real culture but a fragmented bunch of people.
Work-Life-Balance
Some work 9-5, others have to run much faster.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No real leadership. Geneva sets the direction in everything and the superiors in Zurich just execute.
Interessante Aufgaben
Besides the badly handled admin work, the tasks are interesting.

Being a francophone company gender equality is not a topic at all.
