The company lives it's value of Openness where every aspect of Feedback comes on a mutual level of respect and responsibility. It is a hard thing to achieve this level of comfort in a driven and enthusiastic environment, but I have never felt so well as an employee before. As it is 100% remote, you can choose whichever physical environment that you need and will be supported by the company by it.
Work-Life-Balance
Everyone is given the freedom to choose the work times on their own. (Which is normal given we have people working on 3 different continents) But privacy and personal needs are respected at all times and you're encouraged to take the time you need for your personal needs.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Starting in a 100% remote company I've felt quite sceptical towards how Team bonding can be done. But I've since grown accustomed to all the benefits a fully remote team has in contrast to a regular job. There is no one left out at any given point and I've never seen so many different and great personalities working together.

Hasty as the Companylife can be, we've managed to set up a great network of Information Flow to assure everyone is on the same page at all times.

Interessante Aufgaben
There is always something new to test out and enjoy yourself by doing so. Creativity is welcomed be it for the Work Process in general or the next Team Event.
