Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
-management has a lack of emotional intelligence (no empathy, no gratitude shown, only numbers count)
-the mental health of the employees is not seen as something important
Arbeitsatmosphäre
-4 weeks' vacation allowance
-45 hours work week
-overtime can only partially be compensated
-CEO is also the HR
-turnover rate is very high
-work atmosphere is a mix between stress and pressure - very unpleasant
