Waste of time - very bad employer
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very bad working atmosphere - everything is controlled -everything you do is considered bad. The management does not work solution-oriented but only looks for mistakes and is not able to propose solutions due to incompetence.
Work-Life-Balance
Not really existing. You are expected to be available 24/7 and do everything for work. No understanding for private appointments.
Gehalt/Benefits
Social benefits very poor - only the minimum
Salary ok - but never paid punctually
Travel expenses are paid back after months
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
non-existent, you travel by car, train or plane to meetings (duration 1-2 hours), which you could also hold online. Old mindset.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team spirit is good. The management is intentionally trying to destroy it.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working conditions are very poor. No ergonomic furniture. Private laptops are used.
Kommunikation
Poor communication. Important information is not communicated further.
Terrible style of communication and at the lowest level. Gutter language.
