Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
bad salary, no benefits worth mentioning, HR people don't take any time for you, it all feels very chaotic/not thought through for a company that is on the market for 17 years...
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Take better care of your employees or they will run! Have regular check ins, see how everyone is doing, give employees exciting, challenging tasks. Don't hire people if you don't actually need them - what a waste of time!
Kommunikation
Not great. I felt left quite alone at times. Also haven't heard anything from HR ever again since my first day. Don't feel like they care about their employees (wellbeing) at all.

There was no real chance to bond with colleagues

Not at all, very repetitive and not challenging.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Terrible salary! Also no other benefits whatsoever (apart from fruit, free water and 10€ BVG discount, lol)
