It shows that all staff is really senior and mature and the high level of professionalism creates a very productive work atmosphere. Still there is also a lot of fun and we enjoy lunch together with lots of interesting conversations.

There is no real career path available - if you are a top developer and coding is what you like to do, this is a great place. If you want to climb up the career later, switch into management positions later on etc. this place might not be for you.

Overall communication is really good but in some small areas there is a little bit of room for improvements.
Interessante Aufgaben
High degree of freedom - but you also have to take full ownership of your topics. If you get bored by a topic, check within if the team if you can rotate to another topic.
