- fully flexible working time (possible to work in the evening, take a day off spontaneously or a few hours off...) - when you work is basically up to you
- remote work anywhere possible - we meeting about twice a month in the office
- travel possibility if going to meetings

- the whole team (incl. the boss) is always open to discussion, new ideas & feedback
- great & friendly team
- possibility to attend knowledge sharing meetings focused on communication: great to expand own knowledge about the topic such as be up to date
- as we follow the school calendar, we are always off for Christmas holidays and have especially a lot of work flexibility in summer
- interesting work overall - the variety of tasks comes along with the responsibilities so with times it gets more diverse
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- New applicants need to be aware that we are a lot online as we mostly work remotely - in my case it is a fantastic setup though.
- there are stressy periods but as the work-life balance is great and other colleagues always offers to help out if that is the case
