startup-feeling, lots of possibilities for people to do their own projects, international player with high growth potential and constant chances to rise into management early; potential to high variable pay
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Chinese language knowledge more important to be successful than they admit, only basic pay if you are not good with generating business
Kommunikation
fluent English or Chinese is a great benefit when communicating with colleagues; integration into the group for plain German speakers seems to be difficult and not overly supported by the company
Work-Life-Balance
usually a lot of work and also a stressful environment sometimes; a plus is that employees are flexible with their working hours and also can decide themselves which and how many clients to take on
Gleichberechtigung
it is definitely easier for Chinese-speaking employees to rise in the company and also get a chance to work in one of the Asian offices; I think that is impossible for all other employees
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
not really an issue here
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
pay is very flexible and hence can be great or not so good; the company tends to pay normal wages for entry-level positions with an unlimited upside in variable pay; if you, eg, manage to work with a lot of clients that produce a profit for the company, you can make very nice money from your cut of each group; if you are not good in these things and are not in a purely sales-driven role, your pay is lower and you are more endangered of being laid off; it is a mix not everybody might like, but they are principally fair in that respect
Image
their image is non-existant as nobody nows the firm yet; they are pretty well known in China by now but in Europe they are not really recognized; if you want to work at at prestigious place, don't go there - it is more like a startup company
Karriere/Weiterbildung
it really depends on yourself how much to take away from this employer; if you are eager and want to learn, the company is more than supportive and happy to provide the finance, if required; on the other hand they could be better with actively pushing people to do more in that area
