Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Most emloyees start at 6:oo am and are finished with work at 2:3o pm.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Emloyees are more or less treated like equipment.

No improvements for emloyees in the past but it is never too late....
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere has been worsening/deteriorating continuously the past couple of years.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You get promises, but in fact you are hired to fulfill the job you are emloyed for.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Main focus concerning employees seems to be to have salaries as low as possible and lowering them even further.
For any kind of agreements it is essential to have them in writing and signed.
All emloyees that intended to found a works committee ('Betriebsrat') to improve working conditions were punished ferociously and were for the most part released under dubious conditions.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Equipment is aging, but also new devices from time to time. Problems with IT are frequent. Curium Austria is sitting in the basement, so not a lot of daylight.
Kommunikation
Management rarely informs emloyees about upcoming changes/reorganization/workload. If absolutely inevitable it is done on short notice.
Gehalt/Benefits
Be sure to have verbal agreements on paper AND signed. Otherwise the probability that they will be held is near zero. Unfortunately.
If you have a limited residence permit and really depend on keeping your job, be prepared that this might be turned against you at some point.
