Takes human resource quite literally
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- There are quite a few nice colleagues around. Especially in the non-management ranks.
- The building looks fancy (albeit being way too small). The location is great.
- I liked my daily tasks.
- If you stay out of drama, you can hold it out for quite a while. Learn who to hang out with and who to stay away from.

- Etiquette (one-way street)
- Moods and unpredictability of certain people in management (very unprofessional).
- Working environment is NOT safe (referring to lack of collegiality and respect).
- Backstabbing
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Treat your employees like actual human beings.
- Introduce at least some sincerity and empathy to your management style. This simply won't happen if the people who are to blame for the bad management style aren't replaced.
- Drop the over-the-top slogans, no one believes them anyway.
- Focus on medicine and science, it's your reason to be.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Basic human decency not a given in this organization.
Kommunikation
Not consistently. But when, then too often at 100+ dB. Especially on the ground floor.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Depends on the department and the department head. There are nice people in the organization, like they are everywhere. In general, there is way too much toxicity in this organization, which starts at and spreads from the top.
Work-Life-Balance
It was OK when I worked there. Whenever I did overtime, I got it refunded in holidays.

Here I'd like to refer to the title of this review. You are regarded as a resource, not a human.

I liked my tasks. But no extra efforts to keep it interesting and/or challenging in a good way for you.

I have witnessed some pretty bad things in this regard.

It's OK, nothing special or crazy. There's free coffee, which was explicitly advertised in the job postings. That should be a pretty big red flag in and of itself.

'Mehr Schein als sein.' It's all about the facade.

Unless you explicitly ask or negiotiate for fair pay, you get the bare minimum.

Sets up a fake facade to the outside world. The reality on the inside is however very different.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you are not among the few chosen ones going along with the broken system, you won't get any of this.
