Great place to work at 10/10
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I think something interesting about Formunauts, is that eventhough its a young company that could give "start-up vibes", there is super low employee churn, there are really a lot of people who have been here for 5, 7 years, which is a lot for a company so young, and I think shows that people really like working here
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great vibe - positive team and office environment
Work-Life-Balance
In my case, I'm driving new business, so it might be a bit intense at times, but you also get to arrange your hours as you wish, so at the end you can always balance out
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is good, in my case in sales its partly driven by success.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Social company, vegan company events, eco-friendly merch, etc.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Team spirit is good, of course, you might like somebody more than somebody else, but overall it's very healthy.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We have colleagues who are 20, and colleagues who are 60, this is not an issue here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
"Flat" structure, the management team is reachable and listens
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great office, great atmosphere, really a 10/10 here
Kommunikation
Communication is clear and transparent
Gleichberechtigung
Yes - of course.
Interessante Aufgaben
I get all the freedom and ownership I would like to have at a job, this might not be for everyone, but I love it
