An amazing company culture with the possibility for personal growth
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is simply great. A lot of passionate people who support each other and help each other grow.
Work-Life-Balance
We have some very cool customs such as going for a run together or going out for dinner after work.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a lot of room for personal and professional growth.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues feel more like friends that you can see every day. It's great to support each other and lift each other up. But they are also there if something goes wrong, without judging you for your mistakes.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Since there are quite low hierarchies, it is very easy to talk to anyone in the company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great! We have flexible working times.
Kommunikation
Communication works very well. We use Slack to communicate internally which makes it very easy to keep everyone in the loop.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are very interesting, never get boring, and it is nice to be given more responsibility over time.
