The freedom/flexibility of working, combined with a start up mentality to create a special, digital product. My expertise is taken as such and really valued by the rest of the team. This gives a feeling of appreciation and allows you to do the things you love most in your job. All in all it's a good company with a great product and very nice people.

Company could improve on constructing concrete, personal growth plans for employees and what that does for benefits/salaries. In the end the salary is a token of trust and appreciation and (competitive) people naturally want to progress and/or improve on their standings over time.
