It was very chaotic & disorganized. In the end it all resulted in layoffs and bankruptcy. It can be said amateurism.

Chaotic and disorganized. A couple of people who are not in the management interfere in all the decisions of the company, even though it does not belong to the domain of their work. Inability to assess the state of the company and current market trends, which resulted in the collapse of the company.
