They love the company's mission. And you can discuss and decide when you work. So if you have children, you can choose not to work on an afternoon when your own children have some activities.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Teaching takes place mostly in the afternoon (because children are in the kindergartens and schools in the morning). It's great if you don't have children or your partner/parents can take care of your child(ren) in the afternoon. Otherwise you work shorter hours (but then earn less) than teachers who don't have children / their children are already older.

If I choose, I can have more work but need to commute to kindergartens and schoolsoutside of the Learning Centre premises. But you are given a choice of how much you want to work and if you want to go places.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The topics we teach children refer to the envirmonment and make children aware of the issues and solutions.

Working for a global organisation is cool - some of my (especially younger) colleagues have taught the Helen Doron courses in other countries too because you get an international diploma once oyu have been through the Training Course.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can't get bored - we need to attend at least one seminar per year (paid by the Learning centre). But it's good because you keep growing as a teacher.
