Super Betriebsklima mit kleinen Schwächen

Sozionalökonomischer Betrieb, Hilfestellung durch Sozialarbeiter bei Problemen jeglicher Art ( Jobsuche, Schulden, Wohnungssuche..........)
Insgesamt gutes Betriebsklima
What I dislike about the employer
Abteilungsleiter teilweise "betriebsblind", Kommunikation über den Betriebsablauf funktioniert nur mangelhaft. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden nicht, und wenn dann nur zögerlich wahrgenommen.

Briefkasten für Verbesserungsvorschläge und Diskussionen darüber, bei größeren Vorhaben Einbeziehung der Belegschaft, um darüber zu diskutieren.
