They offer "barista quality coffee" as a benefit in their job postings :D dont even ask for benefits. The company is owned by the Austrian Railways but you don't have access to their benefits etc

Officialy there are two managers, you only see one of them ever. Never met the other guy. there's no inclusion in ongoing decision etc. Very hierarchical for a start up.
