Tasks & Responsibilities
- Achieving Growth & Hitting the sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Provide on the ground support for Sales Engineers, as they generate lead & close the deal.
- Assess the strength & Weakness of Sales Team & Accordingly give him the opportunity to work in allocated Area
- Meet the potential customers /new Customer for evolving their needs
- Develop & implement the new sales initiative to push the new product & Focus product in Market
- Identify emerging market/ market shifts & accordingly take the corrective action.
- Conduct the Implant seminar at customer end for Brand Awareness & introducing the new product
- Control on Payment Outstanding.
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the (cutting-) tool industry, with a strong focus on Aerospace Business
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, an advanced degree is a plus.
- High knowledge in the cutting Tools
- Professional knowledge in project - and process management includes profound communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas
- To plan aggressive back up strategy in business retention cases against the competitor through right upgradation of products and establishment
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment and very good English skills.
