Technical Sales Engineer (f/m/d)

As part of our exciting expansion at CERATIZIT Slovenia, we are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. Please note that this position requires regular on-site presence in our office in Celje.

Your tasks:

• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Develop new business opportunities by implementing innovative Sales Strategies and cultivating new customer contacts
• Assess customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions, with a strong focus on cutting tools
• Oversee the full sales process from quotation to order completion, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions
• Represent the CERATIZIT Group professionally and stay informed about market and competitor trends to remain ahead of industry developments

Your profile:

• You have a prior experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of cutting tools
• You possess a proactive and business-driven mindset, and you consistently place the customer at the center of your actions
• You completed an apprenticeship in metal cutting, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is considered a strong advantage
• You combine excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of tenacity, enabling you to build strong relationships and navigate demanding situations with confidence
• You are fluent in both Slovenian and English, you are willing to travel extensively to meet customers on-site
