Stop hiring project managers without getting references from former employees. Educate project managers in the basics of recruitment, especially in the area of IR 35: I'm a freelancer and don't have fixed office hours! Even 30 calls within an hour won't change that! I'm a recruiter and not a brain surgeon! And by the way: That was the day, that my mother died! Shame on you!
