Verbesserungsvorschläge
Be open to ear new ideas, provide the tools for them. Since most of us are inmigrants it would be nice to get a benefit that help us with the language
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Friendly colleagues, you can be friends with some of them and hang out outside work even
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We work together and we separate our tasks equally so at the end of the day we can finish all that has been assigned
Work-Life-Balance
My 2 days off are respected and most of the times I have them together for enough rest. When its possible we always get the days that request as vacations when we need them
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Good
Interessante Aufgaben
Im allowed to jump from reception to bar, my creativity can be applied to the drinks i made and have fun with them
Gleichberechtigung
I feel respected and happy
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Good. We are all kind of the same age which makes working here fun
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good. Even tho I'm in the most busy shift when i felt tired and asked for a change of shift my idea was respected
