Young, friendly, social startup to work.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great.
Work-Life-Balance
I have been there less than 2 months. I hade 3 times socialising sessions. Getting free drinks all together with team. I start work 09.30. Mostly ending 17.30. Having cafe talks with team.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I see lots of new tasks and departments here. But I am not sure if I will use this all in the future for my carriere. But for now interesting.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Team work is a must here. Everyone nearly same age. Super multi internaitonal team.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are not much but all kind so far.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
All good. Equal to everyone.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very cool office!!
Kommunikation
Great with everyone.
Gehalt/Benefits
For a student, better than excepted.
Gleichberechtigung
Everyone is equal here. Mostly students. But also 4-5 employees that are older. As far as I know , they have the same salary nearly for everyone. There is huge difference between salaries. And mostly students are working.
Interessante Aufgaben
We agreed that we help for all departments and tasks. As a students it is a plus for me to see everything in one company.
