Lots of potential, but little focus
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
A really large multisided application to work on. There is a lot one might learn. The office is really great (with a view!). The team is also a pleasure to work with. The IT development process is well set and well defined, also the set of offered tools is a pleasure to work with.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Management often ignores reality and hence sets absolutely unrealistic goals. People are all constantly overloaded and working in fire-fighting mode. Little/no investment is done in employee's education. IT conferences are hardly ever participated in.

Invest more in education and certification of employees.
More focus to ensure sufficient quality.
More transparency in decision making.
Clearer responsibility definitions.

The atmosphere is mediocre as employees are not treated equally well and this is sometimes very demotivating.

Excellent colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
Vacations are easily approved, management is usually very open towards private live being a priority for some people. Absolutely no pressure here.

Management sets unrealistic goals most of the time.
Also there is little chance to focus on some discrete task for more than several days, people are all overloaded and the demand for more is growing daily.

Really great office, but no other benefits.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Payments are done on time and are ok when compared to the market average. There are little bonuses paid every once in awhile, yet nothing one would actually want to work his butt off for. There are no other benefits offered.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Personal development is very limited to, perhaps, 1 workshop per year. IT conferences are never attended. Little is done to promote new technologies within the company. People are constantly fire-fighting.
