Für meinen Geschmack sind die Kollegen sehr unaufgeschlossen und zu bodenständig.

Abteilungsabhängig meiner war sehr angenehm die Besitzer des Unternehmens sind dafür unausstehlich.

Ich kenne kein Unternehmen das den Mitabeitern derartig schlechte Großraumbüros als tägliche Arbeitstätte zumutet. Diese Räumlichkeiten sind ein Kündigunggrund und schrecken Bewerber ab.
Salary/Benefits
Anstatt einer Lohnerhöhung wird eine Prämie ausbezahlt wodurch die ausbezahlte Abfertigung geringer ausfällt. Das wird einem unter dem Motto, von der Prämie bleibt mehr Netto vom Brutto, verkauft. Von Verwendungsgruppen und Bienalsprüngen hat man dort noch nie etwas gehört.
